The Quiet moment is a mobile application based activity that shall help people in listening to their inner voice at a particular time of the day. It is a method of getting them to listen to The Sound Of Silence and Remember the power of silence by getting them to observe silence itself.

 

The Quiet Moment will be held at 4 p.m. local time every working day for individuals/ corporations that participate in the same. The Quiet Moment starts for the day from Tokyo, Japan and ends for the day at San Francisco, USA.

 

“Quiet Moment” is an act of 30 Seconds of silence or stillness everyday by individuals in various parts of the world.

 

How to get in “The Quiet Moment”?

 

Everyday at 4 p.m. wherever a participating person is ; he needs to stand still or in silence for a period of 30 seconds without thinking about anything and trying to be with oneself for 30 seconds. If a participating person gets in his/her quiet moment then person will click on the  “Done Now” button on his/her Quiet Moment app.

 

How does it Work?

 

The Quiet Moment helps to get in the now moment and has positive effects on feelings and thoughts of individuals. The Quiet Moment counters are reset at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Standard Time everyday or after 1 million mark (whichever is later).
